Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, passed away 2/13/2023 at 94.  Born 12/17/28 to Clark and Grace Rodwell – sister to June (Richard)Tipton and Bruce (Margaret) Rodwell. Wife of T. Foster.  Mother to Doug (Ann), Eric and Brian (Kelly) Cole.  Grandmother to Philip, Andrew, Olivia, Spencer and Christian. Aunt to many loved nieces and nephews.

Graduate of Holley High and long time resident of Brockport, Carol served as the Receiver of Taxes for 3 terms for the Town of Sweden accounting for every penny.

Her love of Stan Kenton and Frank Sinatra brought her much comfort in her life and final years, always singing along.

Family appreciates the care, especially in light of COVID, in the 6th Floor Reservoir of St. John’s Home.   Interment at the convenience of family.  Please consider AutismUp for memorials at 50 Science Pkwy, 14620.

    May Carol rest in peace ! I was a security guard at St. John’s Nursing home and i would walk her up and down the hall. May God bless her she will be missed!

      tony held my father on his knees.
