Catherine M. (Meisenzahl) Rapp - Rochester Cremation

Catherine M. (Meisenzahl) Rapp, 83, of Rochester, NY died peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on January 17, 2022.  Predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Leslie E. Rapp. Survived by her daughters; Leslie A Scott (Robert) and Susan Zimmermann. Seven grandchildren; Sean, Derek, Jacob and Dylan Scott, Katie Zimmermann (Leo), Sarah Johnson (Chris), Ryan Zimmermann (Emily). Three Beautiful great granddaughter, Lia, Evie Rose, and Hadley Belle and on soon-to-be great grandson; beloved sister to Margaret Nothnagle (Phil), Elizabeth Forshee (Lloyd), Maryann Borja (Alonzo) and Joseph Meisenzahl (Paula), and many loved nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St, Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in her honor.

Catherine’s Celebratory Mass will be Friday, January 21, 2022 at 10 am at St. Cecilia Church, 2732 Culver Road. Masks are mandatory.

      Aunt Catherine was such a fun aunt to have. If you knew her, and spent time with her, there was always something to laugh about. You will be missed. My prayers are with all her family.. Rest in peace Aunt Catherine. XOXO

    I am so very sorry to learn of Catherine’s passing.
    We spoke on the phone just before Christmas. It was wonderful catching up with her. What a special woman she was who loved her family. May your memories bring you comfort at this time.
