Bishop, Cecilia A. Cecilia A. Bishop 52 of Hilton NY passed away on Sunday August 6, 2017. She was born in Traverse City MI on July 27, 1967. She is survived by her husband David, and her children Matthew (19) and Sarah (17), her sisters Pam, Cheryl, and Renee and her brother Dennis . She will be missed by all that loved her.
