Charles H. Bliss III (Charlie) passed away December 5, 2023, predeceased by his parents John and Florence Bliss (Petrie) and his sister Joan Erickson. He is survived by his sister Barbara Cayley, son Todd Bliss (Kimberely), daughter Amy Firkins (Jeffrey), grandchildren Ashley Anderson (Tyler), Trevor Bliss, Colby Firkins, Alexis Firkins, niece Julie Cayley, long time companion Linda Mason and many cousins.
Charlie was a retired member of Local 13 Plumbers and Steamfitters and a retired plumbing inspector for the City of Rochester. Charlie had a love for people, animals, the outdoors and sports. He loved spending time with his hunting buddies in Ossian. He especially loved spending summer weekends with his family at their cottage in Sodus.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring of 2024. Please consider making a donation to The Seneca Park Zoo or Lollipop Farms.
