Chuck, The way you always made us comfortable and always made us laugh-whether you were telling stories, jokes, “hamboning”, playing the catpaws, or just being silly will be one of the things I will miss the most about you. Selfless and putting our happiness first; giving your time and expertise to the Scouts, fellow hunters, and your family was your first priority. You made us happy for so many years and I will be forever grateful for the extra mile you went for me and my brothers. Rest in peace and freedom from your ailments. Hope you are rejoined with your loved ones again. Love, nene
Chuck, we spent quite a bit of time together back in the day. Though we lost touch it was a time I have never forgotten. You were always willing to lend a hand and give advice when I needed it. And back then I needed it a lot. I’ve never forgotten it and never will. Godspeed my friend until we meet again.
My earliest memories of Uncle Chuck are of him, Leo Nebbia, and a bunch of their buddies from Edison Tech congregated in the kitchen at 822 North Street; chowing down on homemade goodies and swigging Pepsi. In the early to mid 70s, he and Aunt Bonnie took me camping at Hamlin along with Dawn, Tammy, & Wendy.
Rest In Peace Uncle Chuck, and give my love to Nana & Boppa. Love, “Fatso”
