Downtown Rochester has greatly imprvoed visually over the past 5-10 years with one example being the pedestrian walkway stretching from University Square to the Gonda Building. It is almost poetic in its look with the exception of the Information Booth that blocks one of the few older buildings that has been preserved (the old Chateau Theater, now Barnes ane Noble). The Information Booth is used only half the year, at best, and is quite an eyesore in an otherwise nicely designed area. Please consider removing as it is very detracting and distracting. Given our inclemnt weather, it would make more sense to have something inside (as you enter the University Square, for example) if an Information Booth is needed at all.
Maybe, potential home breyus decide to rent as the Vancouver Home Prices are getting even higher. Could be why there are so many who wants to rent for now. And, rental housing dwendles in numbers. As a homebuyer, we have to make a decision between rent and mortgage.
they should be in a minazage. The day went so well. Mark came all the way from the island to Langley for us which was so great of him. He was so fun and friendly. We had a great time all day and are so thankful for the great shots he got. Thanks so much Mark!! from Brad and Melissa
