Charles Terry Howard was born July 29, 1950, in Glenwood, Alabama. On January 1, 2023, at 11;25 PM after a long illness, Charles slipped away from us to go live with God. His daughter Cherise Howard, his sister, Sarah Louise Howard and brother James Sterling Howard were at his bedside.
Charles obtained his GED in The Job Corps in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1967 as a Heavy Equipment Operator. After returning he located to Rochester New York and worked at Bausch and Lomb, Kodak and EZ Excavating. Charles’s passion was home remodeling which was a gift from God because of his talent to build Or rebuild houses and small structures until he became ill a few years ago.
Charles Terry Howard is preceded in death by both parents, His father, Oliver Lee Howard and his mother, Doris Addieruth -Howard, Two siblings. Dorothy Helen Howard- Gray and brother Charles Edward Howard. He leaves to cherish his memories one son Charles Lamont Howard, one daughter Cherise Renee Howard, and two grandchildren, Masen Howard and Gianna Howard, Several siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial celebration of life is planned for July 29, 2023. Once the arrangements are made, the family of Charles Terry Howard will announce the place and time.
