Clara Caranzi - Rochester Cremation

September 25, 2022, at 96 years of age, Clara Caranzi went to heaven to join her beloved husband, Lawrence; parents: Salvatore and Mary Vito; infant sister, Norma; sister, Theresa Mariotti; brother, Pasquale Vito and her great nephew, Richard Sciascia.
She is survived by her sisters: Gloria Bevins & Jean Chiappone and many nieces & nephews.

“Aunt Clara” was also an especially loved great-aunt, great great-aunt and great great great-aunt! Her joy was spending time with her family and friends.  She will be remembered for her caring and thoughtfulness for every one of us.

Clara will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

You are invited to attend Clara’s Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral Monday, October 3rd @ 9:30 followed by internment at Holy Sepulchre.

    Gloria,Jean and families.I don’t know if you remember me I am Carolyn Santangelo,one of Betty Santangelos daughters.We lived next door to your parents on Parkway. I am so sorry to read about Clara’s passing,she was a very loving person,very kind,and thoughful.My deepest condolences to all of you on her loss.I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

      Hi Carolyn, This is Linda Sciascia (Mariotti) Theresa’s daughter. Thank you for your condolences. My Aunt Clara was a wonderful ,kind person. Yes, I do remember you and of course your mother, Betty. Lots of fond memories from Parkway. Thank you !
