Dear Liz, Jack, and Grace,
I’m so sorry for this tough journey that you have been on. But, hopefully soon, you will find joy in your lovely memories of David and the sweet kind person he was. I wish that you all find peace through your grief.
Take Care of each other,
Joanne Roets
I first met David in Jr High. We became close friends in his early band years, and lived together on campus at Herkimer. One of the finest men I ever met. My heart cries for you, and I am praying for his family now.
I am in Europe and will miss the memorial service. Please know you are in my thoughts.
I’m so sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. I only met him once as an adult, but I remember fun times in Smithtown when he was a child. His father and mother would invite our family for summer barbecues. I also remember their bulldog, Old Bill Bailey and how he loved the children. I’m glad Dave had such a wonderful life cut off way too soon.
Thoughts and prayers for David Corcoran, who passed away today, and to his family, Liz, Jack, and Grace. Dave was one of the nicest, most genuine persons I have ever known. Rest in Peace Dave, I’ve seen the river and I’ve seen the road, I never looked back but I’ve always known, someday I’d see you again and drink to you.
Dear Liz, Jack & Grace,

Dear Liz,Jack, and Grace
I’m so sorry for your loss I first met dave in the early 70’s when he was with a band called ascension. We decided he was going to teach me how to be a drummer.Istudied with him and we became good friends and pretty soon I was working with the band as equipment manager.I was at very gig with dave and it was some of the best time of my life.He sold me his drum set that I still have stowed away some one mentioned to me awhile ago that he was wondering if I still had it and now I wish I would of contacted him and let him know we lost contact when he moved and went with Duke Jupiter.I always thought about him as he was a great friend and person to me.Ill miss him and may he rest in peace. I also have recordings of him with the band that nobody else does if anyone would like.
Sincerely
Trick Ricky Farr
Your groove will stay with me forever brother. I am thankful for every moment we shared as the friends we were. Rest easy until we meet again….love you.
Dear Family,
It is important, when we lose someone, to know that they will not be forgotten. I will always remember the wonderful, kind hearted David. He brought so much joy through his music. We danced, and sang the songs and laughed with David and George, Greg, Marshall and Ricky. We cheered, clapped, and shouted “more”. I saw David at Tedeschi Trucks last summer. He looked great and had that winning smile and I will always hold that in my heart. Thank you David for some wonderful years and memories.

David beat me and raped me when I was a 16 year old virgin in Rome. Just like he did to so many other RFA girls. That was his specialty. My life was never the same after that. My life was over after that. 7-17-70.
