David T. Mereau, 70 yo, Navy Veteran Vietnam era, formerly of Ogdensburg NY ,Williamsburg and Norlfok, Virginia passed away August 7th, 2017 surrounded by his family and Caregivers at the Aurora Comfort Care Home in Spencerport NY. David is predeceased by his parents Theodore T Mereau and Marjorie LaRock Mereau King. He is Survived by his daughter Shawna Mereau of Peru NY , son Darin Murray (Holly) of Rochester, NY ; 2 grandsons and 2 grand daughters; sisters, Darlene Caryl (Ed) of Richmond Va, and Marcia Chiappone ( Paul) of Churchville NY, nieces and nephews, Many cousins and dear friends. Dave’s mastery of Carpentry and willingness to help others have left endearing memories to many. I’m going to miss you my good friend. You were my Carpenter teacher & you taught me a lot about wood & wood tools. We had a great friendship working together on projects at my house & your work will always be a reminder in our home. The Rental home next door is a prime example of your great work. Thanks for being a great friend to me, I love you & will miss you.
