Rochester, NY: March 31, 2023 at age 61, Deborah was called home. Deborah was born to Fancis and Oleta Kipp along with her brothers David F Kipp (Gretchen Cicero, Janel Cicero, Jamie Gray, Joshua Kipp) and Donald W Kipp (Anne Huntoon, Donald Kipp Jr, Brian Kipp). She is survived by her children Jeffrey, Michelle, and Rubina Ahmed, as well as her grandchildren Isabel, Liam and Jayden.
Deborah loved watching WWE wrestling and liked to attend the MS day program at the Jewish Home. She loved her children and grandchildren very much.
Thanks to the staff at Strong Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care of Deborah. The family would like to say Thank You for all the support you gave her and our family members.
