Deborah L. Ubal (69) passed away peacefully on May 24th, 2023 at the Mount Carmel House in Hilton, NY after a long illness surrounded by family. Deborah grew up in Niagara Falls, NY and attended Trott Vocational School. She worked as a CNA for over 50 years at various hospitals and nursing homes throughout Western New York. Deborah enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, baking cakes for friends and family, camping & traveling with her “Golden Girls”, but most importantly her frequent trips to the casino. Deborah will be truly missed and always remembered by those she touched in life.
Deborah is preceded by her parents William and Barbara Forsythe her late husband Anibal Ubal of 25 years. She is survived by her daughter Vanessa L. (Donald)Pellegrino of Greece, NY, son Anthony L. (Mary Alice) Ubal of Williamsville, NY, brother Austin A. (Bridget) Forsythe of Niagara Falls, NY, and grandchildren, Angelo Ubal, Juliana Ubal, and Giovanni Ubal, and many more loving friends.
Deborah requested a celebration of life in her honor to be held at a later date, details to be shared by the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family would request any donations be made to the Mount Carmel House at 288 Frisbee Hill Road Hilton, NY 14468.
Mom I miss you so very much! I know you’re in a better place, with hopes that you’re with dad enjoying every second together. Know that we think of you every moment and we will forever cherish all the joy, goodness and LOVE you gave to each and everyone of us!!! We love you mom, OUR GUARDIAN ANGEL!!!
Vanessa, Don, Angelo, so sorry for your loss. We liked your mom from the very first time we met her at your wedding. She was friendly and humorous. Such a nice lady. We enjoyed our visits at you house. Just wish there had been more time together. May the many precious memories you shared help lessen your sadness
