Rochester, NY: December 28th 2020. Diane is survived by son, Ronald Turney (Lynn); daughters, Pamela (Dave) Schantz and Barbara (David) Earnest; 7 grandchildren, Justin Turney, Jessica Turney, Jeremy Gebbie (Samantha Ruderman), Courtney Gebbie (Fred Martinez) Emily Gebbie, Shannon Earnest, Jared Earnest and 5 great-grandchildren.
Diane moved to Florida after raising her family in Irondequoit. She retired there from Mease Countryside Hospital in 2002. She played the organ, painted and took pride in her tropical garden with orchids and fruit trees. She returned to Rochester in 2017 as Alzheimer’s took her independence.
A memorial service will be planned when we can safely gather. Please send donations to Alzheimer’s Association.
