Donald Williams Sr. of West Henrietta passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the age of 76. Don was a US Navy Veteran born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He enjoyed coaching small fry football for the Henrietta Youth League for a number of years. In retirement, he enjoyed many road trips and cruising with family and friends. He also opened his heart and home to a number of children and rescue dogs in need during his life.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Ginny Williams, his son Don Jr., daughter Terri (Chris Lotti) and his sister Carol Dzuro, Nieces Shari (Jim), Cathy (Chad) and Nephews Greg and David (Vanessa) many great nieces & nephews, friends and extended family . He was predeceased by his daughter Beth Ann Williams and his parents Alice & Charlie Williams.
At his request, there will be no calling hours or funeral services. A celebration of life will be announced in the spring.
Donations may be made in his honor to benefit his friends at the Henrietta Senior Center, 515 Calkins Rd, Rochester, NY 14623.
