It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Donna Marie Jarvie on August 4th, 2023, at the age of 62 in Rochester, NY.
Donna was predeceased by her parents, George (Ken) and Bernice Curtis, as well as her brother, David Curtis. She is survived by her son, Ian (Kristi) Jarvie, her daughter, Erin (Devin) Daubenspeck, her sister, Debbie (Geoff) Latta, and her cherished grandchildren: Brayden, Ella, Tanner, and Everly Jarvie. Her niece, Stephanie (Ted) Latta, and nephew, Tom (Tammy) Latta, also mourn her loss, along with a host of loving family members and friends.
Donna’s passions were as vibrant as her spirit. She had a deep love for music, with a special fondness for artists like Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton, and Bob Seger. Her wonderful sense of humor was a hallmark of her personality, and her culinary talents were a delight to all who knew her. Her generous heart touched the lives of her loved ones in meaningful ways.
She spent many years contributing her talents at Eastman Kodak Company before transitioning to a role with the Greece Central School District in transportation.
In honor of Donna’s memory, a Memorial Meal and celebration of her life will be arranged for close family and friends. The details regarding the location, time, and date of the event will be determined and communicated soon. As we come together to remember and celebrate Donna’s life, let us also take solace in the cherished memories she leaves behind.
We had so many good times. Camping. The beach at Charlotte, the times on the boat and the thousand islands and our house in Holley with the dogs. You left way to soon. Thinking of you amd your family. God speed Donna. You were a good soul. Mike and Rhonda Sliker.
Donna always made me laugh. She was a good soul. She loved her kids with all her heart.
She is now free of all earthly pain.

I was Donna’s driver for a few years and we always had that connection, beautiful heart and a pleasure to know her.
