Rochester, New York, April 14, 2023 at the age of 79. Elaine is predeceased by her husband, Edward Kelly; her parents, Jeanette and Eugene Stewart and her siblings, William, Robert, Gerald, Thomas, and Richard Stewart. Beverly Nichols, Laura Dixon, Phyllis Ainsworth, and Nancy Bourque.
Elaine is survived by her siblings, Barbara and Kevin Carrere, Yvonne Hunter, Marilyn Napierakski, Derry and Nancy Stewart, Francis and Jacqueline Stewart, Margaret and Thomas Zambito, Karen and Ron Spencer, Michael and Adrianne Stewart. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins along with her godchild, Renee Stewart.
Elaine worked at Star Markets for many years before becoming a home health aide. She loved Christmas, animals, old TV, shows, and baking cupcakes for her great nieces.
Our family would like to thank Dr. Nuni of Unity Hospital, Dr. Barr and staff at Strong, Memorial Cancer Center and Dr. LaSalle and staff of Hildebrandt Hospice Care for the compassionate care that she was so blessed to have.
Elaine’s Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 from 2 to 5 PM at Rochester Cremation, 1118 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626.
My sister you will be so missed. May you rest in peace. The wind will always be at your back and sun shine be ahead of you always., until we meet again.
