Elizabeth M. Sanderson (Holcomb), 79 of Nichols, NY passed away peacefully on 7/5/2022 with family by her side. Elizabeth was predeceased by her 1st Husband Homer W Holcomb and Late husband Lawrence L Sanderson. She was also predeceased by her step sons Marshal (Spike) Holcomb and Timothy Holcomb and her Step Daughters Christine Holcomb and Susan Harvey (Holcomb).
She is survived by her Children Carole (Jeff) Spicer of Endicott, NY, George (Barb) Smith of Nichols, NY, Katrina Smith (Kenneth Mulnix) of Spencer, NY, Howard (Lisa) Holcomb of Johnson City, NY, Victor (Teresa) Holcomb of Richford, NY, two other Daughters Laurie and Patricia, and Step Daughter Irene Armstrong (Holcomb); Several Nieces and Nephews; Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and her lifelong Companion Her Pet Bird Mouthy & several friends and neighbors.
She absolutely loved sitting in her chair watching Walker Texas Ranger and spending time with Family and Friends. She enjoyed having family BBQ’s and loved to eat Corn On The Cob and Chicken Legs. She was a collector of everything mainly her license plate collection.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life on July 23rd 2022 from Noon till 4 pm at the Lounsberry United Methodist Church, 3586 E. River Road, Nichols, NY 13812. We are asking for everyone to please bring a dish to pass.
The Family would like to send our complete thanks and appreciation to the staff and team at the Robert Packer Hospital ICU for all their support and help during this difficult time.
