Esther Dullaert, loving mother and grandmother passed away on August 31, 2023 at the age of 94. She was born to William and Charlotte.
Esther graduated from the University of Michigan as a Medical Technologist and worked at both the University of Michigan and the University of Cincinnati Medical Centers.
After retiring, she continued her compassionate work by volunteering at the local elementary school, local extension service and with hospice care. She also found great joy in assisting her beloved dogs during therapy sessions.
Beyond her professional and volunteer work, Esther had a deep love for various hobbies. She was an avid knitter, enthusiastic reader and loved to garden. She was also known for her unwavering political passion, which she expressed through her involvement with Amnesty International.
Esther was preceded in death by her husband John and her special companion Vincent. She is survived by her two children and their spouses. Her caring and nurturing spirit extended to her cherished grandchildren, all of which she shared a unique and enduring bond.

Esther will be remembered not only for her professional dedication but also for her unwavering love, generosity and enduring impact on her family and community. She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know her.
