Evelyn Sanchez A.K.A. Mama/Guela
Rochester, NY: July 15, 2022 at age 57.
Evelyn is predeceased by her mother Milagros Cora and her father Ladizlaou Sanchez.
She is survived by her two daughters, Melodie Velazquez-Soto and her husband Sammy & Keishla Mateo; two sons, Jesus Mateo (Macho) & Joshua Sanchez; her partner Jesus Mateo (Tito); five grandchildren who loved her very much: Leilany, Ary, Mari, Jr, and Leymarie; her brother Hugo Sanchez; cousins, nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
She was a homebody, loved to dance in her younger days, loved to spend time with her grandkids and watch TV. She loved Dunkin Donuts too. She loved giving her grandchildren candy before returning them back home.
Evelyn’s Visitation will be on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 4-6pm. Her Service will be held from 6-7pm at Rochester Cremation, 1118 Long pond Road Greece, NY 14626.
