Rochester: Friday May 8, 2015 at age 88. She is survived by daughter Jean (Steve) Lasch and son Gary (Rodger), granddaughter Samantha (David) Robichaud, great granddaughter Anibel Marie, sister-in-law Santina Bill, nephews Robert Borrello, Richard & John & Bobby Bill, and niece Marilyn McNeil. Predeceased by her husband and love of her life Francis Felix Bill, her 2 sisters Jane and Veronica and brother Tom.
Born in Syracuse, NY to Elsie (Buzze) & Angelo Santel. Lived and worked in Palm Springs, CA, but recently moved to upstate NY to live near her daughter.
Her Funeral Mass will be held 10am Friday May 15, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Hamlin, NY. Burial following at Lakeside Cemetery in Hamlin, NY.
