Henrietta NY: Harry A. Davidson, Sr. passed away on February 2, 2021, just a month shy of his 97th birthday. Long-time residents of Henrietta, NY, Harry was sadly predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Margaret ‘Gloria’ Davidson (nee Kendig). Harry is survived by his 5 children (and spouses): Jacquelyn Santay, Harry Davidson Jr. (Jan), Julie Meding, Theodore Davidson (Susan), and Jason Davidson (Sirirat ‘Anne’); his 9 grandchildren: Becky Sloane (Todd), Josh Santay (Michelle), Aaron Davidson (Debbie), Evan Davidson, Hannah Davidson, Grace Davidson-Thooft (Taylor), Maddy Davidson (Skyler Rehbein), Simon Davidson, and Zoie Davidson; his 3 great-grandchildren: Abby Sloane, Jackson Santay, Charlotte Santay; his sister-in-law Susanne Kendig, and friend Deb Cigna.
Harry was known to many in Rochester as a long time retailer in consumer electronics. He had a second career at Eastman Kodak, retiring in 1989. He served honorably during WW2, in the Air Force as a B24 bomber pilot. His friends and family remember him as a talented musician, craftsman, problem solver, for his love of dogs, and his charity.
