Rochester NY: February 13, 2021 at age 66. James is predeceased by his parents Arthur and Eileen Hart. Survived by brother Richard (Kathy), sister Kathy McKnight, brother John and sister Ellen. Survived by several nieces and nephews.
James was a loyal fan of the Buffalo Bills.
