Jim was a leader in the Public Safety / Amateur Radio community in Monroe County. He served as a President of Rochester Area Amateur Radio (RARA) and as Emergency Coordiator for the Amateur Radio Relay Legue (ARRL). Many hours were dedicated to his hobby as a dedicated volunteer. He will be missed in this capacity for his dedicated service..
