James E Chandler, 72 passed away peacefully on September 9th in Rochester NY.
James was born on February 13th, 1948 in Kingstree, SC. He moved to Rochester with his parents and siblings at a young age and attended local schools.
James is predeceased by his parents, Willie and Daisy Ruth Chandler, 2 siblings, Willie Jr. and Norma Holloway.
He is survived by 1 daughter, Staci Chandler, and 3 siblings. Mary Mclaughlin (Harry), Isaac (Sherri) and Johnny (Jacqueline). Special Aunt Pearl Murray, Uncle Brice Chandler, Uncle Mancy Felder (Carlis), Aunt Ella Felder and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
There will be no prior calling hours. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your brother. Death is such a hard thing to deal with. I will be praying for you all.
