Penfield: November 13, 2013 at age 75. James is survived by his wife of 28 years, Helen M. Schukart-Smith; children, Susan (Darryl) Dekdebrun, Kimberlee (Bryon) Colaizzi, Renee (Mike) Dowling & Cherie (Dan) Holma; grandchildren, Christopher, Chad, Ben, Tessa, Alexa, Liam, Danielle & Thomas; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Kyle & Ali; special friends, Bruce (Janice) Abel; many dear friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Frederick & Helen Smith.
James is a Veteran of the Korean War and served our country in the United States Army.
James’ Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 2nd, 1 P.M. at White Haven Memorial Park, All Seasons Chapel. A reception will follow.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse Service Hospice (VNSNet.com) or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (StJude.org) in his memory.
