James Maroulis - Greece, NY - Rochester Cremation

Greece, NY: Entered into rest on September 4 , 2019 at the age of 66, after a 7 year battle with prostate cancer. He leaves behind the love of his life, Janice Sepanski, and buddy “Zephyr”.

He is survived by sisters Lynn Beatty, Lisa (Charles Rudgers) Mordenga, and brother David (Gina) Maroulis and nieces and nephews, Jason and Josh Beatty, Sam, Hannah Boo, and Ethan Mordenga, Madison and Hunter Maroulis, as well as great nephews Colin and Parker Beatty and good friend Bob Youst.

A special thank you to “angel” Tatum Mondo at Lifetime Care, Barb, Christine, and Dr. Salamone at Long Pond Internal Medicine, and the wonderful staff at Hildebrandt Hospice Center for their special care.

Final resting place will be in Santorini, Greece.

    If Janice was the “Love of his Life” then Jim was a man of great character and judgment. His sense of humor and incredible craftmanship will be how I remember him most. He always had a smile and a wink. Our condolences to all his family and friends. He will truly be missed.

    Beautiful tribute. To know him was to love, like and adore him. He was one of a kind. We will miss him but continue to celebrate his life. Both Jim and Jan were so brave as they worked together to fight for precious time. If I know Jim, he would be grateful and humbled by all the love and adoration. RIP you amazing man.     Jim was one of the most kindest, loving and honest men I knew. I was so lucky to have have him as a great neighbor. Many memories and great times. Cancer may have taken his life, but he will live on in our memories and hearts!

    We didn’t know Jim all that well but new he was a man you could depend on . He did some
    Work for us and when I told him what I wanted he agreed and said he could see it was a good idea. He
    Reminded of my father and that’s a good thing. Condolences to Janice and his family, remember all

    I just heard this news on Facebook, I haven’t seen Jimmy in a long time but he was always such a kind, generous (FUN!) friend. I wish I had been able to see him one more time. My thoughts and prayer are with family a friends for such a great loss of a beautiful man.
