Janet Louise Dorsey Billins “Boo”

The daughter of James & Margaret Ann (Annabelle) Dorsey. The sister of Leslie J. Dorsey- Simon, Jai R. Dorsey & Jody Dorsey. Additional Siblings Clifford Greene & Karen Peterson.
Janet is pre deceased by her father James, Sister Leslie, Brother Clifford Greene, Son Andre Michael Dorsey Bivins, Special Son Eric L. Peterson & Grandson Jaun’zel Billins. She’s survived by her husband of 42 years Clifford H. Billins, Tara J. Hahn, Andrea Dorsey-Franklin (Michael), Adrian Dorsey, Jeffery C. Billins, Jason J. Billins, Clifford C. Billins, Ernest Lamont Robertson Billins (Benikia), Nukashein (Shane) D. King, 31 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
More relatives, friends and acquaintances than we could count. Janet had a unique fashion sense, eye for color & a special kind of swag; you couldn’t help but to be drawn to her. Janet loved many and was loved by many! Each time thoughts of Janet enters your mind & heart may it bring a smile and sunshine to your day.
The Billins family is proud to say that she was one of them and they along with the Dorsey family would like to thank everyone for their loving words and support through this difficult time.
