Jeremiah, You were a bright light brought into my world because “the stars were aligned” and am I so grateful that they were. You profoundly touched so many lives with your wit, charm, intelligence and humor. Your gentle kind soul was hurt at such a tender age that you just couldn’t carry that anymore. But know you left an everlasting mark on all that you met. You have no idea how much you are missed and loved beyond words. May you be skating circles with your mom, and shining down on us.
