Rochester, NY: November 10, 2016. At age 82, was reunited with the Lord, his wife Evelyn, daughter Evie, son Kevin, grandchildren Chandra and Zekie. He is survived by his devoted sons, Terrance (Kate), Vincent (Debra), daughter in law Annette, brother George (Archie) and sister Madeline. Lovingly remembered as PawPaw by his grandchildren, Vincent, Jr., Andrew, Mark, Racquel, Jordynn, Cathy and Ashanti as well as many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Jesse proudly served in the US Army and continued to serve in the US Army Reserves for 35 years.
