EAST ROCHESTER, NY – Joanne F. La Barr (Pulcini): January 11, 2023, at age 81. Predeceased by parents Frank & Minnie (Rizzo) Pulcini, brother Robert (Bobby) Pulcini. She is survived by her loving children, daughter Robin La Barr and son Michael (Denise) La Barr. Also, brothers Frank and Jim Pulcini, sister Virginia (Ginger) Wagner (Pulcini), many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Joanne was born, lived and worked in East Rochester, NY. She retired from the ER Police Dept. after 22 years of service as well as a nurse’s aide at Parkside Manor for many years.
She loved her children very much as they will always love her. She will be missed. Joanne loved all the animals that came into her life as well as flowers and plants. She always had her American Flag proudly displayed on the front of her house.

There were no prior calling hours in honor of her wishes. Joanne’s service will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 10am at White Haven Cemetery, Maplewood Mausoleum, 210 Marsh Rd. Pittsford, NY.
JoAnne was always the light of love and a laugh in our family..
She exuded the love for her family and always made you feel welcomed.I wish the peace and comfort for her children and grandchildren of the memories of their times spent with her.
May she rest in peace with those she loved who passed on before her.
