Born May 23, 1954 to Mary and Howard Attridge, Joanne passed away on June 27, 2023.
Joanne is predeceased by her parents, her loving husband M Steven Kuchinik and her sister Jenna and brother-in-law John, Carpenter. She is survived by her daughter Leighanne, her brother Bob and his wife Doreen, her sister Barb and her husband Ken, her brother-in-law Jim several nephews, a niece and a great niece.
A graduate of St Agnes High School, Joanne worked at the U of R for many years. She then took up her passion of caring for people, worked as a home health aide for a while and went back to school getting her license as an LPN in her early 50’s.
She had just begun a new chapter of her life in January, at River Edge Manor, after her husband Steve suddenly passed away in December. River Edge Manor is a senior living community full of care and love which she embraced and they her in kind.
Joanne was a supportive and caring wife, mom, sister, aunt and a loyal friend. She was loved by all who knew her.
She was loving, kind, caring and had a big heart. She will surely be missed!!
In her absence and in her honor, care for each other – all people – as that’s how she lived!!
