John A Sherman was a proud Vietnam Veteran and Military Police Sergeant from Schuylerville, NY. He is preceded by his parents, Jenne and John M Sherman. He is survived by his son John W Sherman – grandchildren Aidan and Skylar; his sister Joy (Paul) Mollnow, niece Emily (Casey) Stanford; Aunt Grace Sherman, Cousin Charlie Sherman; Stepson Steven (Lisa) McDaniels – grandchildren Christopher (Sara), Mariah, Madison, Parker, Nathan, Mason; Step-Daughter Laura Adams and grandson Justyn Drave.
John loved nature and hunting. He loved hunting with his granddaughter Mariah. Donations may be made in his memory to Honor Flight Rochester or the Veteran’s Outreach Center. We will have a private graveside service for the family.
Rest easy my brother. Thank you for always watching over this young pup in Vietnam! I will see you in Valhalla.
This is not a final good bye my friend as you will always be remembered deep into my heart as my close friend and Vietnam brother .
