Rochester:  October 13, 2014 at age 66.  John is survived by his sister, Linda Herman; sister-in-law, Louise Cocilovo; 5 nieces and nephews; 11 first cousins; many friends.  He is predeceased by his parents, Alphonse & Rose Cocilovo and brother, Louis Cocilovo.
