West Bloomfield, NY: August 18, 2020. John Paul Gibson (JP) died suddenly at age 42.
Preceded by grandparents Enid and John Sargeant and John and Nona Gibson; Uncle Jack Sargeant.
Survived by Margaret (Margo)and Bobby Richardson, John and Bonnie Gibson; Daughter Augusta Margo (GG) Gibson; Sisters Jessica and Jill Gibson; Aunt Suzy; Uncles Thomas, Bobby and Jimmy Sargeant; Nieces and nephews Anthony, Emme, Sara, Sean, Katie, Austin, Ashley, Jack, Parker, and great nephew Owen born on JP’S birthday this year; many cousins; Good friends: Adam, Craig, Chris, Mike, Mike, Dave, Gary, Sherwood, Frog, Aurea, NieNie, Fatima, Kelly, Bailey, Lynzie, Ronnie, Russell and Joe.
All the coworkers at the Royal car wash at Monroe, Victor, and Canandaigua and all of the Danelli Family, who were so kind and made JP feel good about himself so he could believe that anything is possible. He was promoted to Assistant manager at Royal Car wash. As JP believed in service with a smile, he ALWAYS loved going to work.
JP was a past member of the Sons of the Honeoye legion and an avid Chargers fan. He loved to cook his favorite foods pasta and chocolate chip cookies.
Where ever he went, he made a FRIEND.
In lieu of flowers, donations for future education for (GG). JP’s daughter may be sent to grandmother Margaret Richardson, 2149 State Route 65, Bloomfield, New York 14469.
A wake will be held on August 30th at Margo and Bobby’s home at 2149 State Route 65, Bloomfield, New York from 1 to 5pm. Please bring a mask to wear and social distancing. Please bring a lawn chair.
I’m so sorry for your loss Margo, as you know I also had the worst lost any parent could have, so the heart break is so deeply felt.

My Deeepest condolences to JP’s family, co-workers and his friends. He was truly one of the purest hearts and most beautiful souls I knew. My greatest sympathies to his bereaving wife and step daughter Kihanna who are not mentioned above. I feel your pain and pray for your strength in this time of loss.
JP, may you rest in eternal peace, your personality lit up rooms and your laughter transcended geographic boundaries. We will miss you JP, it was my greatest dignity to be the Maid of Honor at your wedding last year. I still can’t believe you’re gone.
