Rochester, NY: John Robert Powell, age 60, passed away on January 12, 2021 at Strong Memorial hospital after a long battle with Multiple Myeloma. He was predeceased by his father Bud Powell. He is survived by his wife Heather Powell, his six children, Nicole Gravelet-Blondin, Branden Powell, Matthew Powell, Devon O’Quinn, Robert Powell, and Michael Powell. He also leaves behind his mother Kathleen Powell-Bailey, and siblings, Mark Powell, Liam Powell, and Trish Sheff.
Show me a sunrise without pain
Let me walk amongst the fields
Nature’s skyline towering above me in mountains and trees
The heady scent of morning dew soothes my bones
Warmth from the light aglow drawing me closer
