Ogden NY: Age 52, Passed into Glory peacefully at home surrounded by his family on January 6, 2017. Predeceased by his father, Gerald; Survived by his mother, Judith; his devoted wife, Kari; Children: David Buzzella, Thomas (Kassilyn) Baker, Samantha (Trevor) Arilotta; Grandchildren: Lacey, Elli, Uriah, Elise & Sadie; Brothers: Joseph (Tina) & Jeffrey (Marie) and a multitude of relatives and dear friends.
His memorial service will be held on Sat, Jan 21st,10am at Spencerport Bible Church 1948 N Union St, Spencerport, NY 14559.

Carrie Iam SO SO Sorry i still cannot believe this Jack was such a great guy such fond memories of you guys at bowling and the addirondacks camping He will never be forgotten in my mind.I will never forget bowling a 299 with his shitty old green ball that didnt even fit my hand LOL what a night. I have known Jack & Kari a very long time and it hurts to see someone I have been friends with for almost 30yrs be gone way to young. You have been in our prayers and will remain there. God bless you Kari and the whole family.
