at age 62, after a long battle with brain cancer.
Joe was predeceased by his parents Margaret and Harry, his brother Jim and his children Riann, Joey, Jonny, and Ashley.
He is survived by his partner and sweetheart Cindy, brother Tom, his children TJ, Paul, Tim and Linda, several grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
Per Joe’s wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Lipson Cancer Institute, 100 Kings Highway S, Suite 2300, Rochester, NY 14617
Picture perfectly captures Joe, except from the side view I can’t see the twinkle in his eye that was always there. He will be missed!!!😢
Tom, Please accept our sincere sympathy. Susan was definitely right about the twinkle in Joes’ eye and the smile (smirk) that went with it. I will miss his unique sense of humor. Hopefully all the happy memories of Joe will soon replace the sadness of his passing.

Thom, I am so sorry for your loss. Words can not express what his death means to all who knew him. I am still in shock myself. As you know, Joe and I were closes friends for more than 50 years. We all miss him so much. Take heart in knowing he is no longer suffering. Love to to and your family.
I couldn’t agree more. I clearly remember, as a child, that twinkle in his eye and that smirk on his face.
A good man with a big heart.
