With great sadness, June Allardice McFadden, Age 93, passed away peacefully at the Mt. Carmel House in Hilton, New York on May 29, 2020. She was born in Rochester, New York on September 13, 1926.
June was predeceased by her parents, Avery and Hazel Myers, her husband, William McFadden and her daughter, Nancy McFadden. She is survived by her children, Linda Heidke (Ronald), Corky Allardice (Janet), Daniel McFadden, William McFadden (Lauren) and stepchildren Margaret Smith (Richard) and Robert McFadden (Wendee). She had 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
June was a lifetime member of Ridgemont Country Club. She had a passion for singing and making people laugh. Her beautiful voice gave her opportunities to sing with major bands in Rochester and led to her own radio station for a time. June was the life of the party and enjoyed telling jokes to everyone. She also was an avid poem writer.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
