Kay is predeceased by daughter Patricia. She is survived by Husband Arthur Kramer, Daughter Sherry Impallaria, sons Steve (and Jan Kramer), Doug (and Mary Kramer), brother James Ryan, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She had a great sense of humor and was loved by her family and friends. She enjoyed music, painting, and fishing for the big bass while spending summers in Cape Vincent, NY. She will be missed by all who knew her. Special thanks to Sherry Pearson Hearn, a loving friend and caregiver.
Kay was special to me. It has been a very long time since I have seen her, but she was always the person I looked for at family gatherings. Her smile lit up the room, and she always made you feel like you were the most important person there.
