Webster, NY: Kathleen Patricia Ford (Murray), passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 15th surrounded by family in the wonderful care of The Maplewood, Webster N.Y., after many years at Valley Manor.
Born December 29, 1921 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Pat graduated from the University of Manitoba and soon after married her husband George H. Ford. They moved to Rochester in 1958. George at the U of R and Pat teaching at Monroe High School.
Pat traveled the world, she loved art and fine french wines. She will be remembered by many charitable organizations in the Rochester community and beyond as a generous contributor. As the last of her generation in the family, she was a constant educator, our rock and our greatest supporter. She will be greatly missed.
Predeceased by her husband, she is survived by daughter Leslie (Terry), son Harry (Marlene), grandchildren Sarah, Jessica and Andrew and great-grandchildren, Jacob, Charlotte and Margaret.
A private family memorial will be held when family from both the U.S. and Canada are able to gather.
Very sorry to hear of Aunt Pat’s passing. I wish I could have spent more time with her. She was a fascinating person.
