Rochester, NY – June 20, 2023 at age 94. Lorraine is predeceased by her husband John R. Fetzner, daughter Joan Prentice, her sister Kathleen (Bill) Glasow and sister Jean Lark.
She is survived by her 11 sons: Michael (Sue), Richard (Mariann), James (Ellen), John W. (Debbie), Charles (Marie), Raymond (Janet), Peter (Barbara), William (Lynn), David, Joseph (Karin), Mark.
3 daughters: Teresa Rowland (Michael Birecree), Bonnie (Jonathan) Perryman, Bernadette Zukoski
3 sisters: Joan (Bob) Meisenzahl, Maryann Haffen, Rita Nied
34 grandchildren, 43 (soon to be 44) great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends. She leaves a legacy in Rochester raising 15 children, managing rental properties, working at Fetzner Collision – the family business and started the Mulberry Tea Room in her 60s. She loved walking, sewing, reading, and cooking! A jack of all trades and a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to all. Her faith never failed and found joy in serving others.
Friends may call at Rochester Cremation: 1118 Long Pond Rd. (South of Maiden Lane) on Tuesday, June 27 from 2-5pm. Everyone will meet on Wednesday, June 28th at 9:30am at Sacred Heart Cathedral (Flower City Park) for funeral mass. Burial following mass at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at 2461 Lake Ave. Rochester, NY 14612
