MacHenry Terry Sr. - Rochester Cremation

On Sunday, May 8, 2022, MacHenry, devoted husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully at home at the age of 73.

Mac, the eldest of 13 children was born on January 5, 1949 in Rochester, NY to the late Howard and Mary Lou Terry. He had a love for tractor trailers, having been an over the road truck driver for many years. He enjoyed cooking, traveling (he was old school and still used an Atlas to map out directions) and buying and refurbishing old cars, with the 57′ Chevy being his favorite.

MacHenry is predeceased by his brothers, Charles, Doug, Lindsey, and Johnnie. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 50 years Jacquelyn, 5 children, Corey (Takila), Laurie, Aminda, Crystal, MacHenry Jr (Brianne). 13 grandchildren, Corey, Camren, Randy, Travon, Shannen, Imani, Drajeah, Shaliq, Avionna, Mackie, Alyssa, Jadah, Arionna and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

    Uncle June was always to himself he didn’t bother no one and no one bothered him. He came to me when I was in my early 20’s and encouraged me to get my gun permit 21 years later Im proud I did it. Thank you uncle June RIP

    Mac I didn’t even know your pops pass I’m sorry to hear that I was just looking up on Google trying to find Jamie Ferro I was trying to see if I could look you up to get your number to see if you had his number and McHenry senior came up Crematory obituary that’s how I found out tell everybody I said hi mom, brother,and sisters tell your family I’m sorry for your loss send my condolences .Big Mac was the nicest old-timer hardworking man they don’t make them like that anymore
