Thank you Patty for sending this on. Condolences to all in your family. Saying goodbye to your mother is one of the hardest things to do. Peg was a dear lady, she was warm and ready with a smile as she greeted you. Because of distance, our time together with her was short, but there are many memories to treasure. She loved to have a debate, politics were a fave with her brother Mark, and Lordie me ~ she could get him going 🙂 She was blessed with a fine mind, and used it to do many worthy actions in the community, we were all blessed because Peg was on this earth. Peg, you are now walking with your Heavenly Father, and have no more aches and pains. We will miss you here, till we all join you, God bless your family. Love to you Peg. xxx

My deepest condolences to all of Peggy’s family & friends.
I enjoyed the short time I had to get to know Peggy through our family Genealogy.
I was happy I could assist her in obtaining some copies of newspaper articles concerning her brother Clifford. The memories that that brought back must have been intense, but I think there was a sense of comfort as well when she read them.
I’m glad I was able to go to Mark’s Services out in Newport and see Peggy (and family). I had attempted to drop in to see her in Sandy Creek some time after Tom had passed, but I learned she had moved.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
