Pittsford, NY – Marion A. Carnevale (Myles), 88, passed away on June 17th, 2023. Marion was born and raised in Oneida, NY, to parents Gerald and Mary (Bertella) Myles. She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years (Richard), her parents, her son (Thomas) and all of her brothers and sisters (Jean, Gerald, Barbara, Richard and Carol). Marion is survived by her children Michael, Christine (Paul) Kudlacik , John (grandchildren, Timothy (Elizabeth) Carnevale, Alicia Carnevale), and Mary (Michael) Wagner; grandchildren Peter (Karen) Wagner, Zachary Wagner, Jared (Brooke) Wagner; great-granddaughter, Clara Wagner).
Marion and Richard (“Barney”) met in Oneida, married and raised their family in Endicott, NY, where Richard (“Dick”) was employed at IBM Corporation. She was a devoted wife and mother as well as a wonderful homemaker. She was a great cook and mastered many dishes; if she cooked for you, it meant that she loved you! She loved to sew/knit/crochet and made many of her own clothes, curtains and table linens. Marion had a great sense of humor and loved to kid people. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
At Marion’s request, a private funeral Mass will be held for immediate family only. The family would especially like to thank the nurses and staff at Heather Heights who took such wonderful care of her in her final days. Through the Mercy of God, may she rest in peace.
