Mark B. Wolfe, 38, Passed away unexpectedly in Fort Myers, Florida (his residence for the last 12 years) on November 11, 2022.
Mark’s home town was Hamlin, NY. Mark was a 2002 graduate of Brockport High School. Mark attended Alfred State, and received his Bachelor’s of Science and Physical Education from The College at Brockport. His strong passion for football started with the Western Eagles and he continued playing throughout high school and college. Mark broke 13 records for his Alfred State football team. His love for football led him to a walk on tryout for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Mark was a natural athlete, playing semi-professional golf in Florida and spending time as a Physical Education Teacher and personal trainer. He was an entrepreneur owning a successful power washing & epoxy business, and was currently in the process of taking over a patio furniture repair company with his love Christen. Mark and Christen spent the last 5 years building a future they dreamed about. Mark has one son, Ayden who was the light of his life. He loved him more than anything. Mark had a contagious laugh, a smile that lit up the room and was loved by many.
Mark is pre-deceased by his mother, Sandra L Wolfe, grandparents, Robert & Betty Bootes, childhood friend, Melvin Keels. He is survived by his son, Ayden N Wolfe, love of his life, Christen Boyd, sister Jenna (Adam) Arnold, nieces, Evelynn & Breonna and nephew Blaike, mother of his son, Heather Herrera, step children Alexis Bhola & Jordan Sahadeo, Aunt Debra (Daniel) Hicks, Aunt Robin (Timothy) Crawford, Uncle Robert (Cindy) Bootes, cousins Kimberly Blair, Matt (Ashley) Crawford, Mindy (Kyle) Hinchcliffe, Eric Crawford, Nick (Jena) Crawford, Robin (Jesse) Bettilyon, Taylor (Mike) Crawford, Garret Dunne. Goddaughter, Lea L Brookover, Second cousins Lillian, Kallie, Adrianna, Levi, Wyatt, Reagan. Childhood friend AKA partner in crime, David Rodgers, extended family Tina (Tim) McAllister & Kristine Klafehn.
Mark’s Visitation will be held on Monday, November 21st from 2pm-4pm with his Funeral service immediately following at Rochester Cremation, 1118 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626. The family invites you to join them after the service for a celebration of Mark’s life at the Hamlin VFW, 1739 Lake Rd N, Hamlin, NY.
