Rochester, New York: Mark Robert Slater passed away September 5, 2020 at the age of 62.
Predeceased by his parents: Robert and Mary Ann Slater/ grandparents: Harold and Annaleen Slater and Andrew and Olive Ingles/Also faithful companions Schultz and Coby
Survived by: Sister and Brother in-law Andrea and John Fien and nephews Matthew, Patrick and Zachary and Niece Emily/ many cousins and friends
Mark was raised on Kislingbury St in the Maplewood Area in the tenth ward in Rochester and attended Holy Rosary School and was a 1976 graduate of John Marshall High School. He loved to tinker with electronics and small engines, he could fix just about anything. Loved to take things apart to see how they worked then put it back together. He also enjoyed CB radio, for many years he was known as Flash Cube and made many life long friends.
A small graveside service is planned for Friday, September 18, 2020 at 11:00am Holy Sepulchre Cemetery section South 35. Due to COVID there is no other gathering planned.
