Rochester, NY: Mark “Uncle Stewie” Stefko, age 55, passed away August 31, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer, with his family by his side. Predeceased by his mother, Joanne and his brothers, Lucky and Joe. Survived by his brothers, Roland and Mike; his sisters, Edie and Tina; and his many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews, whom he cherished more than anything.
Services will be held at Riverside Cemetery (2650 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY) on Wednesday, September 7th at 10am. Friends and family are invited for a gathering immediately following the services at Bill & Bob’s Twelve Step House at 289 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY.
The family has requested for those who are able to attend, to bring a dish to pass. There is parking in front of the building as well as on the side streets.
Uncle mark, you may be gone and not hurting anymore but you will never be forgotten. We will always love and miss you. Fly high with all the family up there with you and watch over all of us that are here missing all of you. RIP UNCLE MARK. WE LOVE YOU
