Rochester NY: Passed away on 12/26/16 at Unity Hospital. Matthew was born at Genesee Hospital to Kenneth and Cheryl Colgan on 7/17/84. He is survived by his parents Kenneth and Cheryl Colgan. He is also survived by his sisters Christine Harding of Battle Creek, MI, Cindy Colgan of Syracuse, NY, Lauri Vivian of Avon, NY, and brother Jamy Cote of Ladson, SC.
A Memorial Service will be held at Avon Wesleyan Church, 300 Genesee St, Avon NY on 12/29 at 7pm.
My wife and I send our deepest condolences on the passing of Matt. He came down to our house several times to go fishing we always had a good time. I also worked 2nd shift at MKS so we saw him quite a bit. Your family is in our prayers.
I am sorry to hear of your most devastating loss. May your memories of Matthew bring you comfort and may the words of our Lord bring you hope. At Luke 7:12-16, Jesus demonstrated what the resurrection would mean for young men. When this resurrection takes place, imagine how overjoyed you could be when you are reunited with Matthew again.
