Irondequoit, NY: October 11, 2022 at age 61 after a valiant fight against heart disease, Mike died at home surrounded by family. Predeceased by his father, Michele Toscano. A big thank you to Strong Memorial Hospital Cardiac Unit and L-VAD team for their amazing knowledge and care through the years.
A special thanks to Mike’s brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ron and Carlene Kline, for their extraordinary support, love, comfort and many laughs. They are two exceptional people who were very close to Mike’s heart.
Mike put up a good fight, and even if he was having a bad day, he always had a smile on his face, was full of laughter, and was positive in any situation.
Mike felt education was important to his grandchildren and so in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in care of Andrea Toscano to put towards their future education.
Mike’s Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, December 16th at 10:00am at Spiritus Christi Church, 121 Fitzhugh St N, Rochester, NY 14614.
Andrea & family , We are so sorry for your loss. Mike was an amazing guy. You’ve been in our thoughts.
Mike and I were very good friends in our high school days. Many times I would be over his parents house on Knapp Ave., his Mom would never let me leave hungry and his Dad would always leave me I stitches . Such an awesome family, easy to why Mike was such an awesome person.
I pray for comfort & peace for his family and friends at this time.

Very sorry to hear about this. God bless Mike always and give his family love and peace.
Recently I had met with classmates and the topic of who will be missing. Mike’s smile and quick to laugh are things I’ll always remember. Discussing our Sharing the bus ride to and from school and talking about the old neighborhood were somethings I was looking forward to, laughing together again can wait till next time we meet.
