Pittsford, NY: Michael Stahlecker, 62, passed away July 24, 2019 surrounded by family. Michael is survived by the mother of his children, Kathleen Caren; sons, Jase and Ryan; daughter Bridget; son Zachary from a previous marriage; two sisters, Patricia and Maryanne; two brothers, Daniel and Edward; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his father, Edward; brothers, David and Robert.
A lifelong resident of Rochester, Michael spent his career working in financial services at firms throughout the Greater Rochester Area. He was an active member of the Pittsford community spending many years coaching youth sports. He loved playing his guitar, spending time outdoors, and cheering on his children at all the baseball, football, lacrosse fields, volleyball courts or ice rinks that he could.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering celebrating his life from 5-7pm on Tuesday July 30th at Pane Vino located at 3400 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY 14534. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to the Wilmot Cancer Center.
